George, My Daughter has just been diagnosed with crohns disease. I have been a huge fan of yours. I said to her Hey! George the animal Steele had it and beat it. I saw it on his site. So we sat together and read your information.

Mayor Ann M. Thane is asking for anyone interested in helping with the planting of 2,500 daffodil and tulip bulbs to meet at the parking lot of Kirk Douglas Memorial Park this Saturday morning at 9am. Bulbs will be planted en masse in the small orchard adjacent to the park at the convergence of RT 30 and Guy Park Avenue.

“I am grateful for the generous donation of bulbs from the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, and to Tony Vellano for his continued interest in revitalization of our community.” said Mayor Thane. “Since taking office in 2008, the efforts of our volunteers in neighborhood watch and beautification events has been extraordinary. We are all in dept to these wonderful individuals for their hard work and effective collaboration.”

The city has held several neighborhood association events that have resulted in over nine tons of litter being removed from the streets, graffiti paint-outs, meet & greet events, and this year’s very successful “Spring Fling” downtown. Plans have already begun for next year’s event. Anyone needing additional information or wishing to become involved in neighborhood association activities, the 2012 Spring Fling, or Saturday’s planting may call the Mayor’s office at 841-4311.

Like I had posted on your Facebook page, I watched some footage from the Pittsburgh Studio days and one of the clips had a few seconds of something I never thought I would see. It was George Steele, climbing the ropes and putting his foot on the top rope as if you were going to take flight. I wished it would have played longer to see what happened, but it was still something to behold!

Yes fangearnow it was strange and all most caused a riot in Madison Square Gardens. It was also very entertaining. It was fun to be in the ring that night. Kamala sold out MSG with Hulk the following show.

Takes me back to my childhood, Back then Wrestling was a lot better in my opinion! More wrestling and less talk! A time when roller skating on Friday nights and Watching Saturday Night Main Event was the cool thing! Back then you could take your child to see wrestling, I would not take a kid to see the new stuff its just not the same. Mr. Fuji one of the most hated and most talented managers of all time! He didn’t even have to talk to get boos! from the crowed! I don’t see many managers in Today’s wrestling venues! Thanks! for sharing! From a Michigan born friend named Brandon! God Bless!

What’s missing is the 4 minutes between George coming through the curtain and entering the ring. These two staring at each other as though each was from another planet. Trying to figure out what exactly the other was.
Once in the ring, it’s another 1:30 of more story-telling. Proof that you don’t need to grab a hold or take a bump to tell a story.
